Raymond prefabricated 3,025 exterior and interior structural load-bearing wall panels. All panels were manufactured in Raymond’s facility off-site, then trucked and flown onto the building via crane. Raymond installed floor joists and decking, which created the floor at each level allowing the next panels to be flown, and framed/hung in miscellaneous areas such as balconies, eyebrows and pop-outs. Raymond utilized in-house BIM for this design-build project with input from the MEP subcontractors. Prefabricated walls/panels expedited the project completion date, removing 12 months from the construction schedule.
