A new hospital is a very complicated and congested work site and very MEP heavy. Building the pods off site allowed T.J. Wies crews to control the environment of production without constraints. This allowed them to complete this work with zero lost time injuries and the highest form of productivity and quality. The project itself benefited by the hours being implemented off-site while steel was being set, and the punch list process being done months ahead of time. All of this saved months on the schedule.
