The difficulty of the project is not only in the uniqueness in the design, but also in the sheer size and amount of the individual features. Few projects have shear density of curved wall and ceiling framing, decorative soffit and special architectural features.Many of these features needed to receive special finishes like gold leaf, metal inserts, mirrors or Venetian plaster requiring a high level of quality in the drywall substrates.
