With the innovative 2-blades-in-1 design, users are able to break away the used section of the blade and then reinsert the unused blade section back into the saw. The Breakaway™ feature allows for maximum blade use, without compromising performance.

    

Breakaway™ Reciprocating Saw Blades come in 2 lengths, 6" and 9". The 6" blades break into 4" blades and are ideal for cutting materials up to 1" in diameter. The 9" blades break into 6" blades, and are ideal for cutting materials up to 2" in diameter. At .042" thickness,


DeWalt Breakaway™ Reciprocating Saw Blades have been designed with a thick kerf for durability. The blades are engineered with a 14/18 TPI (teeth per inch) variable tooth pattern for optimized cuts in a variety of metal cutting applications.

    

Common applications for DeWalt Breakaway™ Reciprocating Saw Blades include cutting metal studs, EMT, and other metals, galvanized pipe, copper pipe and conduit. DeWalt Breakaway™ Reciprocating Saw Blades are designed for the user who is tired of throwing away half-used blades.
