Insulated Masonry Veneer Systems


BASF has launched Senergy® Channeled Adhesive CI Design and Finestone® Pebbletex CI-DCA Insulated Masonry Veneer Systems, two systems that are used for exterior cladding in commercial and residential construction.

    

Insulated Masonry Veneer Systems are fully integrated exterior insulation and finish systems. They include a fluid-applied air- and water-resistive barrier, moisture drainage, continuous exterior insulation and feature BASF’s latest innovation, MaxGrip Veneer Mortar. The high-strength, specially formulated setting bed mortar can be used to adhere natural and manufactured stone, tile and thin brick veneer to a variety of substrates.

    

BASF’s Insulated Masonry Veneer Systems comply with ASTM E2568, also referred to as AC 235. The systems meet fire testing performance requirements, including ASTM E119, NFPA 285 and NFPA 268. Additionally, the fluid-applied air- and water-resistive barrier conforms to code requirements indicated in ICC-ESR 2986 Evolution Report.
