AWCI’s Emerging Leaders Program, which works to actively engage the construction business leaders of tomorrow, kicked off last fall with a virtual meeting in November that informed about what to expect from the program. This was followed by a virtual networking event in December that included discussions on lessons learned along with a trivia game to help the 27 members in attendance connect beyond the work environment.
The focus of AWCI’s Emerging Leaders’ Program is to offer curated, experiential education that incorporates technical training, soft skills development and peer-to-peer learning. Through this training, participants will receive value unique to AWCI while advancing their careers in their desired area of the wall and ceiling industry.
