AWCI CARES Reaches Grant Milestone

AWCI Cares logo

AWCI CARES awarded a grant in October that pushed the total amount given to AWCI members in need to more than $400,000 since the program began in 2005.

Because AWCI cares about its members, AWCI CARES was created to help provide financial assistance during times of need due to sudden illness, accident, death or hardship to employees of any AWCI member company. The program is funded and managed by the Foundation of the Wall and Ceiling Industry.

Those who apply for a grant are guaranteed anonymity during the application process. Members of the AWCI CARES leadership team review each application and determine the amount of financial assistance based on the documentation of need and total funds available. Grant monies are sent directly to the creditor(s) listed on the application form.

AWCI members can go to awci.org/about/foundation/awci-cares-grants to download an application and for more information.
