Membership

Ensure your AWCI Membership is current and paid in full to receive the member rate. 

AWCI Will be Strictly Enforcing the IAEE Exhibit Guidelines:

  • There will be no endcap booths or peninsulas (all islands will be freestanding)
  • All inline booths (non-islands, non-truck spaces) will have a strict height limit of 8 feet in the rear 5 ft. of their booth. The front 5 ft. should contain items shorter than 5 ft. to ensure a clear sightline down the aisle.
  • Island booth heights will have a height limit of 16 ft. To ensure this, please send all booth renderings to [email protected] by January 31, 2025 for approval. 
  • Those who are in violation of these rules will risk forfeiture of their priority points and will be asked to adjust their booth in order to be in compliance prior to show opening.

Priority points are determined as follows:

  • Number of 10 x 10 booths purchased in 2024(i.e., 10 x 10 booth = 1 point; 20 x 20 booth = 4 points, etc.)
  • Years exhibiting: 1 point per year up to 25 points total
  • Member of AWCI: 5 points per exhibiting year (maximum 5 points per year)

  • AWCI Lifetime Member: 5 points per exhibiting year
  • Past Sponsor based on dollars spent; see chart below. (maximum 4 points per year)*
  • Please note a change to the priority points system: Beginning with the 2014 assignments, a company that fails to exhibit will lose 3 priority points per expo missed.

Tie-Breakers

If a tie occurs in priority points, the tie-breakers will follow in this order:

  1. Number of years exhibiting
  2. Past Sponsorship category (Diamond would receive priority over Platinum, etc.) (Maximum 5 points per year)
  3. Actual dollars spent for sponsorships
  4. Date of contract submission
  5. Blind draw
