The 35 webinars are further divided in to 63 lessons. In order to complete this course, participants need to view each lesson, complete homework assignments and take and pass the tests at the end of each lesson. They must score at least an 80 percent on a lesson’s exam before they can proceed to the next lesson. If the participant does not pass the lesson’s test on the first try, the program allows four more attempts.

The course content is presented using narrated slides featuring graphics and animations.
Each course module includes a printable version of the course slides and referenced forms/templates. Participants can print these or save them to their electronic devices for the purpose of study, taking notes and future reference.
