ICC Call for Training Proposals

The International Code Council (ICC) is now accepting training proposals that cover a wide range of educational, technical, and practical topics related to building safety, fire and life safety, administration, enforcement and construction.

The Code Council’s Training Department offers multiple opportunities for members, clients, and partners to share their expertise with the broader community through select training formats, including:

  • In-Person: Annual Conference Training Session (90 minutes)
  • In-Person: Annual Conference Trade Show (30 minutes)
  • Online Live: Learn Live Series (weekly, 90 minutes)
  • Online Self-Paced: Strategically Targeted Topics (varying lengths as needed)

Proposals should include:

  • An overview and outline of the proposed topic
  • A list of at least four learning objectives
  • A draft curriculum and related presentation materials
  • A resume or credentials summary for the presenter(s)
  • Expected session length and preferred delivery method

Please note that to qualify for continuing education units (CEUs), proposals must provide educational value and not serve as promotional content for specific products or services, even if presented by a product or service provider.

All submissions will be reviewed by the Code Council’s Education Committee, which is appointed by the Board of Directors, along with key staff members from across the Code Council.

Proposals can be submitted year-round, but for consideration at the 2025 Annual Conference, the submission deadline is March 17, 2025.

Submit your proposal.
